How long does it take for my purchase to directly affect someone in need?
Our cycle of giving generally takes 4-6 months to complete.

CUSTOM ORDERS

FIGS offers custom neck ties and bow ties. We provide a multitude of fabrics to choose from. Perfect for a party, special occasion, wedding or individual. For each and every custom tie we apply the threads for threads modus operandi.

FULL CUSTOM ORDERS

Completely custom ties hand tailored to your exact specifications. You choose from countless high quality fabrics and work with our designers to get exactly what you want. From custom graphics to monograms, if you can think it, we can make it.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order – no questions asked. For orders within the USA, free return shipping is included. Please email us at returns@wearfigs.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return or exchange request has been received, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it, attach it to the package you will be returning, and drop it off with USPS. Please include all original packaging materials. Any merchandise considered worn upon return will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. 

Please note* you will be returning a child’s access to an education, along with their hopes and dreams. If you simply cannot live with yourself please just exchange the goods instead.
