what should i do if what i want is sold out?

We replenish inventory as quickly as possible, while ensuring the quality you expect. When an item has no inventory available the button on the page will say "WAITLIST". Click the "WAITLIST" button and enter your email address to be notified when the item comes back into stock. If the button says "SOLD OUT" this means that there are no plans to replenish this item.


can i preorder products?

do you have a storefront?

Right now, we’re focused on e-commerce. But we’ll definitely make a big announcement if we branch out.

can i order a sample kit?

We recommend getting a sample kit if you have 3 or more people interested in getting FIGS and are planning to get more than 10 sets. This allows you to try a variety of sizes, colors, and styles as a group. Check out our group order page for more info.

can i get embroidery?

We're offering embroidery on all orders from 11/14/17 through 12/8/2017.

Tops - Up to 2 lines - $18 per item
Pants - $24 - Initials and a custom Icon

On orders of 10 tops or more, text embroidery is available for an additional fee. Logo embroidery is available on orders of 100 tops or more. Email us at to find out more.

*Embroidered items can not be returned or exchanged and may add up to two additional weeks for delivery. Express shipping is not available on orders that include an embroidered item.

how much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE on all continental U.S. orders placed at Expedited continental U.S. shipping is available for $40 per order, and non-continental U.S. (Hawaii and Puerto Rico) shipping is available for $20 per order.

Some notes on free shipping: The offer can’t be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout and is valid on shipments to the continental U.S., U.S. P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO boxes only. Terms of this free shipping offer are subject to change.

how long does shipping take?

Our free standard continental U.S. shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days to most locations. Alaska will take longer.

Expedited continental U.S. shipping will arrive in 2 business days for orders placed before 11 a.m. PT on Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT on Monday through Friday will arrive in 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will arrive Wednesday. 

Non-continental U.S. (Hawaii and Puerto Rico) shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days.

If you order embroidery, your order may take up to two additional weeks.

where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S., including Washington D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

can i expedite my order?

Yes. Expedited shipping is available to the continental U.S. for $40 per order. If you order before 11 a.m. PT Monday through Friday, your order will be delivered in 2 business days. After 11 a.m. PT, your order will be delivered in 3 business days.

do you ship outside the u.s.?

Not at this time. Sorry!

can i edit my shipping info after i’ve placed an order?

Send an email to right away. We may be able to catch the order before it leaves our warehouse. Once it does, we won’t be able to change your shipping info.


Returns & Exchanges

what is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with no makeup, deodorant, or other stains.

Exchanges will be sent to you after processing, pending availability. We cover shipping fees for one exchange per order.

Refunds for returned items will be made to the original payment method used for purchase, minus $8 when using our prepaid shipping label within 7-10 days of us receiving your returned items. (It may take your bank additional time to process the refund.)

Any orders from our 50%-off or more sales are final sale and cannot be returned.

how do i make a return?

Start by requesting the return on our site:

  1. Enter your email and order number here.
  2. Find the item you’d like to return, and select Return if the item is eligible.
  3. Complete the form and tap submit.

Then repack the item(s) you’re returning.

  1. Use the same resealable gray bag your order came in. (Or use your own packaging if you’d like.)
  2. Include your items with the original packaging material and hang tags.
  3. Attach the prepaid shipping label included in your original package
  4. Drop off your return at your local FedEx ground location. 

how do i make an exchange?

Start by requesting the exchange on our site:

  1. Enter your email and order number here.
  2. Find the item you’d like to exchange, and click Exchange if the item is eligible.
  3. Complete the form, noting the product you’d like to receive in exchange, and tap submit.

Then repack the item(s) you’re exchanging. You can use the same resealable gray bag they came in or use your own packaging.

Include your items with the original packaging material and hang tags.

Attach the prepaid shipping label included in the original packaging. Drop off your package at your local FedEx ground location.

what should i do if i can’t find (or don’t want to use) the prepaid label?

You can email for another return label or you can ship your items with your preferred carrier to this address. We do not reimburse fees for using your own shipping method:

are returns and exchanges free?

Returns only have an $8 charge for each return shipment for use of the convenient pre-paid shipping label. Exchanges are on us.

There’s no restocking fee on either.

how long will it take to receive my refund?

From the time you send back your return, a refund will take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.

what if the item i requested for exchange is unavailable?

We’ll get in touch to chat through your options. We’ll recommend any available similar styles. If you prefer to wait for your requested item, we can send it as soon as it’s available. Alternatively, you can receive a refund.

how does the buy 3, get 1 program work?

It’s easy. Buy any three sets at full price and you will get a free set! You’ll get a discount code in your email for a free set worth up to $86 seven days after your qualifying purchase.

You must create an account to participate. Code cannot be applied to any previous orders. If 4+ sets are purchased in the same order, code cannot be retroactively applied to fourth set and will only apply to a future order.

We’ll keep track of how many sets you purchase. You can easily check your progress by logging into your account page. After purchase of your qualifying set, the counter will immediately be reset to start working towards your next free set.

All purchases must be made from the same account. Accounts cannot be combined. Qualifying past purchases may not be returned once free set is redeemed. Applies to all sets purchased at full price after 3/1/2017.

how does the referral program work?

When you click on the link your friend shared, you’ll see a little blue box pop up on the bottom left corner of the screen with your discount code for 20% off your first order.
