What are core scrubs?
Our Core Scrubs are here all year-round, always in stock and come in Tall and Petite styles. Core scrubs include the following women’s styles: The Casma three-pocket scrub top, Catarina one-pocket scrub top, Rafaela mandarin scrub top, Kade cargo scrub pant, Livingston basic scrub pant and Yola skinny scrub pant.

What are limited edition scrubs?
What is a classic color?
Our Classic colors are Black, Ceil Blue, Graphite and Navy. These are always in stock and available in every style we offer.
What is a seasonal color?
Our Seasonal colors are ordered in smaller quantities, refreshed frequently and sell out in six weeks. Seasonal colors are available in Core Scrub styles.
What size am I?
FIGS sizes are the same across multiple styles — so once you know your size in one style, you’re set for all of them! Make sure to take your measurements and reference our style guide, or better yet, reach out and we can help you find your perfect fit!

Will you be offering more sizes?
Yes. As we continue to grow, expanding our size range is top of mind. We currently offer women’s sizes XXS-XL and 2XL in some styles and for men, we offer sizes XS-XL and 2XL in some styles. For updates on new sizes, sign up for our emails.

What if my size is sold out?
We replenish our men's and women's Core Scrubs as quickly as possible and aim to always have them in stock all year-round. Our Limited Edition scrubs are ordered in limited quantities and typically say on the site for six weeks. If your size is sold out in a Limited Edition scrub style, it may be gone for good.
What if the color I want is sold out?
Our Classic Colors (Black, Ceil Blue, Graphite, Navy) are replenished frequently and should never be out of stock. Our Seasonal colors are ordered in smaller quantities, refreshed frequently and usually sell out in six weeks. If a style you like is sold out, it may be gone for good.
Can I pre-order products?
We don’t pre-sell items, but we do have a waitlist for items that are Coming Soon. If you add your name to the waitlist, we’ll send you an email and give you first dibs on the item when it comes in!
Can I order for my entire office / team / school group?
Yes! We LOVE outfitting awesome teams in FIGS and we make it super easy (and give groups discounts). Find out more by emailing email@example.com or visiting our group site.

Can you make custom sets?
We wish we could make every awesome medical professional a personal power scrub set, but our process is very meticulous and developing new styles and colors takes time.

What does it mean when an item is “last chance”?
Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders over $50. All U.S. orders under $50 will ship at a $6 flat rate. Expedited continental U.S. shipping is available for $20 per order.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders as quickly as we can and keep you posted along the way! Check your email for order and shipping confirmations for details. Our standard continental U.S. shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days to most locations. Alaska will take longer. Expedited continental U.S. shipping will arrive in 2 business days for orders placed before 11 a.m. PT on Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT on Monday through Friday will arrive in 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will arrive Wednesday. Non-continental U.S. (Hawaii and Puerto Rico) shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days. If you order embroidery, your order may take up to two additional weeks.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S., including Washington D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Do you ship outside of the u.s.?
Right now, we don’t offer international shipping. But, we know everyone deserves awesome scrubs, so we’re working on it!
Can I expedite my order?
You sure can! Expedited shipping is available to the continental U.S. for $20 per order. If you order before 11 a.m. PT Monday through Friday, your order will be delivered in 2 business days. After 11 a.m. PT, your order will be delivered in 3 business days.
*Embroidery orders with expedited shipping selected at checkout will be sent with 2-day shipping after a processing time of 7-10 business days.
Can I edit my shipping info after I’ve placed my order?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org right away. We will do our best to update the address before your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want to make sure you get what you want, no matter what! That’s why we gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached, no makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
Refunds for returned items will be made to the original payment method used for purchase within 7-10 days of us receiving your returned items. (It may take your bank additional time to process the refund.)
“Last Chance” items are final sale and cannot be returned. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or changed once order is placed.

What is the step-by-step return process?
We know returns can be a pain, but we make it fast, easy and best of all? FREE!
- To start, please go to https://www.wearfigs.com/pages/returns. Select the items you're looking to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details.
- Just ship the items back using the re-sealable shipping bag and the system-generated prepaid label when completing the return form.

Once your items are returned you should receive notification of your refund or new order.

How do I get a return shipping label?
Don't see a prepaid label in your package? Don't worry, that's a-OK. We'll email you a pre-paid label in the final step of the return process.
Are you a USPS customer? Awesome. Check your package, there should be a prepaid USPS label for you.
I have two return labels, which one should I use?
What if I don’t want to use the prepaid label?
If you’d rather ship your items with your preferred carrier, ship to the address below. Keep in mind, we don’t reimburse fees for using your own method. Return shipping is free if you use the label we provide!

How long will it take to receive my refund?
From the time you send back your return, a refund will take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.
Can I return an embroidered item?
Sadly, the answer is nope. Embroidered items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an error has been made on your embroidered order, let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I get my FIGS embroidered?
It's easy. When you place an order for scrub tops, hoodies, jackets, lab coats or vests, you'll see an option to add embroidery to your FIGS.
What items can I get embroidered?
FIGS now offers embroidery on most scrub tops, hoodies, jackets, lab coats and vests. You'll see the "Add Embroidery" option if it is offered on that style.
Can I get an underscrub embroidered?
We do not embroider underscrubs to protect to product's integrity and make sure it holds up wash-after-wash!
How long does embroidery take?
Embroidery can add about a week of processing time. So please allow between 7-10 business days for your embroidered order to ship!
*If expedited shipping is selected at checkout, your order will ship with 2-Day shipping after a processing time of 7-10 business days.
What kinds of fonts do you offer?
We offer two fonts: block and script. We offer text embroidery for up to 20 characters for both available fonts.
What colors do you offer?
FIGS offers black thread and white thread embroidery.
What size is your text embroidery?
Both our script and block text embroidery will measure 0.45" in height. If the characters are long or maxed, the letters could potentially shrink or condense in height. The max width is 4.80".
What if I don't like my embroidery?
Embroidered orders are final sale and can't be returned.
Do promotions apply to the embroidery cost?
Promotions do not apply toward the embroidery cost.
Does my FIGS CASH apply to the embroidery cost?
Yes, your FIGS CASH will apply towards your embroidery fees.
Can I return an embroidered item?
Embroidered items are non-refundable or able for exchange and most discounts do not apply.
Refer a Friend
How does the referral program work?
We believe in karma. So, if you share FIGS with friends, we’ll reward you for it.
When you refer a friend to FIGS, your friend will get a $20 coupon to spend on their first purchase of $100 or more. After they create an account and make their purchase, you’ll receive a $20 coupon via email that you can use on your next purchase of $100 or more! There's no limit to how many friends you can refer! Because you deserve it.

Do I need to create a FIGS account to use my $20 refer a friend coupon?
Yes! You must create a FIGS account or be logged into an existing account to redeem your $20 refer a friend coupon.
Can I use my $20 refer a friend coupon with other promotions?
No, you cannot stack your $20 coupon with other promotions or discounts. Additionally, if you have successfully referred more than one friend and have received multiple $20 refer a friend coupons, you can only apply 1 coupon per order.
Do the $20 refer a friend coupons expire?
Yes. Your $20 refer a friend coupon expires in 30 days from the date you receive the coupon.
Is there a certain amount I need to spend in order to redeem my $20 refer a friend coupon?
Yes, you are only able to redeem your $20 refer a friend coupon on a purchase of $100 or more.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer! I know, it's amazing.
I make large orders for our hospital, school or business. Is there a Refer A Friend program through FIGS Teams?
No. Currently we do have a referral program for large orders for hospitals, schools or businesses. Right now, we’re only offering our Refer A Friend program to individuals.

Why is FIGS Closing The Awesome Rewards Program?
After a lot of thought we’ve decided to officially close our Awesome Rewards Program on July 1, 2019.
We realized that many aspects of our program weren’t serving you the way we intended them to, which isn’t up to our standards, or yours.
We know many of you have been enjoying the perks of this program and may be really bummed to hear this news. We hope you trust that we’re making this decision with you in mind and have already started working on bringing you bigger and better rewards and experiences!
How long am I able to redeem my FIGS CASH at checkout?
You can redeem your FIGS CASH at checkout until June 30th, 2019.
On July 1st, 2019 Awesome Rewards will be officially closed. If you still have a remaining FIGS CASH balance of $10 or more as of July 1st, you will receive your remaining FIGS CASH balance in the form of Rewards Credits on July 15, 2019. Your Rewards Credits will be sent to the email associated with your FIGS account.
Your Rewards Credits expire in exactly 1 year (July 15th, 2020) and CAN be combined with promotional offers.
Can I still earn Points & FIGS CASH?
No. As of June 1st, 2019, you can no longer earn points on your purchase. You will, however, still be able to apply your FIGS CASH at checkout from June 1st - June 30th.
On July 1st, 2019 - Awesome Rewards will be officially closed and you will not be able to apply your FIGS CASH at checkout. If you still have a remaining FIGS CASH balance of $10 or more as of July 1st, you will receive your remaining FIGS CASH balance in the form of Rewards Credits on July 15, 2019.
Will I receive FIGS CASH credit on any returns or partial exchanges on orders purchased using FIGS CASH?
Between July 1st and July 31st, if you place a return or partial exchange on an order purchased using FIGS CASH, you will be able to receive FIGS CASH back in the form of Rewards Credits.
If you place a return or partial exchange on an order purchased using FIGS CASH between
July 1 - July 14, your Rewards Credits will be issued via email to the email address on file on Monday, July 15.
If you place a return or partial exchange on an order purchased using FIGS CASH between July 15 - July 31, your Rewards Credits will be issued via email to the email address on file on within 5 days of your return or partial exchange.
Following July 31st, if you place a return or partial exchange on an order purchased using FIGS CASH, you will not be entitled to receive Rewards Credits for any FIGS CASH used on the initial order.PLEASE SEE THE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS FOR ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS THAT APPLY TO THE AWESOME REWARDS PROGRAM.

What is a Sample Kit?
Our Teams Sample Kit is a set variety of both our Men’s and Women’s Core Scrub collection. The kit is designed to give your team the opportunity to try on various styles and sizes to find the fit that they love before placing your order!
How do I place a Team order?

Do you offer embroidery for Team orders?
Yes! We offer both text and logo embroidery for Teams orders! We can embroider all scrub tops, lab coats and fleece jackets.
How much does embroidery cost?
Embroidery has a one-time set up fee of $50 to create a digitized mock-up that your team can use again and again. Embroidery is $14 for text, $16 for logo and $24 for both!
What is the Returns and Exchanges policy for Team orders?
To ensure your order is perfect the first time around, we encourage all of our teams to start with a Teams Sample Kit! You will be able to determine the best fit and colors for your team with the support of our Customer Success team prior to placing your order. Subsequently, all Teams orders are ineligible for a return or exchange.
