How are Technical and Premium Standards different?

Technical scrubs have a tailored fit and use our stretching, moisture-wicking FIONTECHNOLOGY fabric.

Premium Standards scrubs have a relaxed fit and use a lightweight fabric with a brushed-cotton feel.

What's the difference between tailored and relaxed fit?

The difference is in how the clothing looks on you, with a tailored fit being closer to your body and a relaxed fit being looser. Just like jeans, the sizing between fits is the same. (You’ll wear the same size in each.)

Is the sizing the same between different collections?

Yes. The size you wear in one collection is the same size you’ll wear in another.

What size should I order?

FIGS are true to size, so your usual size should be perfect. Check our size chart for details if you’re not sure.

Can I mix tops and pants from different collections?

Since each collection uses a unique fabric, there are some differences in how pieces from different collections will look. When you create a set within a collection, you’re guaranteed a perfect match. So, that’s our recommendation!

What should I do if what I want is sold out?

We replenish inventory as quickly as possible, while ensuring the quality you expect. If an item is sold out, you’ll find a WAITLIST button on the product page. Tap it and enter your email, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

Do you have a storefront?

Right now, we’re focused on e-commerce. But we’ll definitely make a big announcement if we branch out.

Can I order a sample kit?

We recommend getting a sample kit if you have 3 or more people interested in getting FIGS. This allows you to try a variety of sizes, colors, and styles as a group. Check out our group order page for more info.

Can I get embroidery?

Yes! Embroidery is available on orders of 10 tops or more for an additional charge. Email us at hello@wearfigs.com to find out more.

Text – Up to 2 lines – $14 per item
Logo – $25 per placement per item, plus $50 one-time setup fee

Embroidered items can’t be returned or exchanged: Get a sample kit for your group order to make sure everyone finds their perfect style, size, and color. (Embroidery will add up to two additional weeks for delivery.)

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders made at wearfigs.com. Expedited shipping is also available for $35 per order.

Some notes on free shipping: The offer can’t be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying order at checkout. It’s valid on shipments to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO boxes only. Terms of this free shipping offer are subject to change.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard free shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days to most locations. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will take longer.

Expedited shipping will arrive in 2 business days for orders placed before 11 a.m. PT on Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT on Monday through Friday will arrive in 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will arrive Wednesday.

If you order embroidery, your order may take up to two additional weeks.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Washington D.C., U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes. Expedited shipping is $35 per order. If you order before 11 a.m. PT Monday through Friday, your order will be delivered in 2 business days. After 11 a.m. PT, your order will be delivered in 3 business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not at this time. Sorry!

Can I edit my shipping info after I’ve placed an order?

Send an email to hello@wearfigs.com right away. We may be able to catch the order before it leaves our warehouse. Once it does, we won’t be able to change your shipping info.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with no makeup, deodorant, or other stains.

Exchanges will be sent to you after processing, pending availability. We cover shipping fees for one exchange per order.

Refunds for returned items will be made to your credit card, minus $8 for shipping within 7-10 days of us receiving your returned items. (It may take your bank additional time to process the refund.)

Any orders from our 50%-off sales are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I make a return?

Start by requesting the return on our site:

  1. Enter your email and order number here.
  2. Find the item you’d like to return, and select Return if the item is eligible.
  3. Complete the form and tap submit.


Then repack the item(s) you’re returning.

  1. Use the same gray bag your order came in. (Or use your own packaging if you’d like.)
  2. Include your items with the original packaging material and hang tags.
  3. Attach the prepaid shipping label included on the back of your order’s packing slip.
  4. Drop off your return at your local FedEx location.

How do I make an exchange?

Start by requesting the exchange on our site:

  1. Enter your email and order number here.
  2. Find the item you’d like to exchange, and click Exchange if the item is eligible.
  3. Complete the form, noting the product you’d like to receive in exchange, and tap submit.


Then repack the item(s) you’re exchanging. You can use the same gray bag they came in.
Use the same gray bag your order came in. (Or use your own packaging if you’d like.)
Include your items with the original packaging material and hang tags.
Attach the prepaid shipping label included on the back of your order’s packing slip.
Drop off your return at your local FedEx location.

What should I do if I can’t find (or don’t want to use) the prepaid label?

Are returns and exchanges free?

Returns only have an $8 charge for each return shipment. Exchanges are on us.

There’s no restocking fee on either.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

From the time you send back your return, a refund will take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.

What if the item I requested for exchange is unavailable?

We’ll get in touch to chat through your options. We’ll recommend any available similar styles. If you prefer to wait for your requested item, we can send it as soon as it’s available. Alternatively, you can receive a refund.
