Social Community Manager

 

As FIGS’ Social Community Manager, you will create, manage and execute initiatives across our social channels. Your work will contribute to growing brand awareness, increasing engagement and delivering an amazing guest experience. You will be responsible for content creation, curation and the overall health of our social channels (currently: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). You will inspire, educate and engage with our medical professionals in the social space. 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and execute FIGS’ social media strategy
  • Identify and manage FIGS’ social ambassador and influencer relationships
  • Build and manage the social media calendar/ content strategy
  • Moderate all channels (with the help of our customer service team) in line with brand and voice guidelines
  • Work cross functionally with our internal creative team and source and manage any necessary freelancers (ie: video & copy) for on-brand social content
  • Leverage our social media channels to support global programs, campaigns and initiatives
  • Review and analyze social KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and apply learnings
  • Research trends, emerging technology and opportunities to innovate within the social space

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital media/marketing/PR experience
  • Passion for social media, digital trends, and emerging technology
  • Proven experience building and evolving a social strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to identify and maintain a brand voice
  • Strategic and flexible mindset
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in analyzing the performance and engagement of channels using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the retail industry or at a digital agency a plus
