The FIGS Scrubs That Don’t Suck Campaign (“Campaign”) is a scrubs recycling promotion (US AND CANADA RESIDENTS ONLY) in partnership with MASC, Inc. operating as SuperCircle (“SuperCircle”) . Eligible participants who mail in old scrubs and complete the application found at https://wearfigs.supercircle.world, will receive a code (“Code”) to receive $50 off of their next FIGS purchase of over $100. Code value is reflected in USD; for customers outside the U.S., the values will be converted to your local currency at the applicable exchange rate as of the date of redemption. Old scrubs being recycled must be laundered prior to shipment and must be shipped using the shipping label provided by SuperCircle. The Code may not be applied to FIGS collaboration items, including without limitation, FIGS | New Balance, FIGS | Eko, Lingua Franca, V Coterie Jewelry, STAR WARS™ | FIGS collaboration items, or Awesome Today Gone Tomorrow (“ATGT”) products, Text & Icon Embroidery, Gift Cards and Gift Packaging.
