A team of 9 FIGS Ambassadors – representing the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and Mexico – travelled to San Lucas Tolimán, Guatemala to provide vision screenings, physical therapy and vital primary care to 347 patients over 4 days. Through patient education and a US$25,000 donation, we helped build better access to care alongside Project C.U.R.E. and other local organisations.

Since 2022, FIGS and the Tiba Foundation have teamed up to bring essential care and resources to communities in Kenya. FIGS put US$500,000 toward building a state-of-the-art operating theatre and ICU at Matibabu’s hospital – designed with international surgical experts and the incredible medical team in Ukwala. The new facility opened in 2024 and now helps provide quality preventive and emergency care for more than 50,000 patients a year.

In partnership with Bright Island Outreach, we brought a team of Awesome Humans to the Dominican Republic to deliver dental care to communities with little to no access. Over five days, our team worked alongside local clinicians to treat more than 150 patients with cleanings, oral surgeries and essential oral health education.
December, 2023
Alongside a team of 9 veterinary pros, we travelled to Baja, Mexico to partner with the Baja California Spay Neuter Foundation. Over 4 days, they supported spay and neuter surgeries, wellness exams and vaccinations for more than 350 animals. And when a supply truck carrying essential medicines was burglarised, FIGS donated US$20,000 to replace the lost supplies and equipment.

In partnership with Project C.U.R.E, FIGS and a team of Awesome Humans travelled to Manipur, India, to donate 500 sets of scrubs and offer holistic care to the rural community. In just 3 days, the team treated more than 4,000 patients – for everything from dental care to women’s health.

Working closely with the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children (FIMRC), FIGS and a team of Awesome Humans travelled to Huancayo, Peru to donate 1,500 sets of scrubs and provide essential care for more than 300 patients.
