Through a New York Times wrap, billboards, and out-of-home placements across Washington, D.C., as well as a large-scale rally on Capitol Hill, FIGS is amplifying the experiences and challenges facing the Awesome Humans providing vital care across the nation, and advocating for greater support on a national level.
Created in partnership with 13 healthcare professionals from a range of specialties and backgrounds, the campaign highlights the realities of working in healthcare today. From long shifts and burnout to the emotional weight of caring for others, the campaign serves as a reminder that healthcare professionals are more than providers—they're people who deserve support, protection, and respect.
As part of the initiative, FIGS is welcoming more than 500 healthcare professionals to Capitol Hill for a rally focused on advancing policies that directly impact the healthcare community.
