Providing assistance through disasters like the LA wildfires, donating hundreds of thousands of scrubs worldwide, advocating for Awesome Humans before Congress, launching the first foundation 100% dedicated to supporting healthcare workers—everything we do is guided by the care you give, the pressure you carry, and the change you make possible.

THREADS FOR THREADS—BY THE NUMBERS

Threads for Threads began with a simple belief: that access to high-quality scrubs should never be a barrier to providing care. In partnership with our nonprofit partners, we went bigger than ever this year, delivering FIGS to healthcare professionals who are strengthening care in communities around the world.

ADVOCACY

HEALTHCARE IS HUMAN ACT

FIGS partnered with two US reps to introduce a congressional bill focused on fair pay for healthcare professionals serving the most underserved communities.

AWESOME HUMANS ON THE HILL

We took 18 Awesome Humans, plus star of The Pitt, Noah Wyle, to Capitol Hill—advocating for three bipartisan bills focused on healthcare professionals.

TIME100 HEALTH LEADERSHIP FORUM

Our chief legal officer took the stage with two of our partners, amplifying your needs and experiences to key decision-makers in the space.

GIVING BACK

We support our community through crisis response, essential resources, and timely donations—forging partnerships and backing organizations that strengthen care for patients and providers alike.

LA WILDFIRE RELIEF

When wildfires devastated our hometown, we provided FIGS, funds, and crucial supplies to emergency response teams.

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

We donated $50,000 to our longtime partners at F Cancer and $100,000 to the Bluebird Center, funding its first surgery for a cancer patient denied coverage by their insurer. Because advocacy doesn’t start and stop with pink ribbons.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

We deepened our partnership with Cedars–Sinai’s Center for Research in Women’s Health Science, donating $100,000 to advance groundbreaking research.

MENTAL HEALTH

From policy advocacy to peer support and restorative spaces, we invest in your mental health by backing programs that make support accessible, relevant, and stigma-free.

DR. LORNA BREEN HEROES’ FOUNDATION

Our advocacy played a major role in Congress reauthorizing the Dr. Lorna Breen Healthcare Provider Protection Act—aimed at removing barriers to mental health care for Awesome Humans.

THE EMOTIONAL PPE PROJECT

We partnered to create ePPE 101, a course to help mental health providers deliver more relevant, practical support for healthcare professionals.

MEMORIAL SLOAN KETTERING ZEN DEN PROGRAM

We partnered with MSK to create restorative spaces across 15 clinical locations—dedicated havens for nurses to pause and reset during demanding days.

INTERNATIONAL

FIGS operates with a global mindset, driving impact across healthcare systems worldwide.

GUATEMALA IMPACT TRIP

We took a team of FIGS Ambassadors to Guatemala with our partner Project C.U.R.E., providing free services and crucial funding to expand access to care.

FIGS OPERATING THEATRE AND ICU

Partnering with the Tiba Foundation, we continued to help make our state-of-the-art hospital in Kenya self-sustaining while expanding access to free and low-cost care.

NOAH WYLE’S EMMYS TUXEDO

We created a custom tux for our favorite TV doctor, who won Outstanding Lead Actor for The Pitt and used the moment to honor Awesome Humans like you on TV’s biggest stage.

COMMUNITY HUBS

We expanded our Community Hubs with new locations in NYC, Houston, and Chicago—spaces for Awesome Humans to make connections and shop Awesome scrubs.

MATCH DAY

We celebrated Howard University Medical School’s Match Day by hosting and live-streaming the milestone, marking the moment with personalized FIGS, gifts, and shared memories.

SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATION

At FIGS, we use sustainable fibers, smarter manufacturing, and innovative practices to bring our products to life.

Scrubs That Don't Suck

Awesome Humans recycled over 435,000 scrubs—trading in their boxy, itchy scrubs for new FIGS. The result: 250,000+ pounds diverted from landfills—a 5x increase from last year.

PRODUCT SUSTAINABILITY

In 2025, 100% of our core scrubwear—which made up 43% of our total product—was compliant with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, compared to 42% in 2024 and 38% in 2023.
