I purchased the LT pants. I like the pockets on the side for stethoscope, pens, or notepad. I felt that is was not too long as some tall pants I have experienced from different companies.

True size

Length is perfect for 5'10", so soft and great material!

I’m high-waisted at 5’6” so the regular pant length can look inadequate with certain footwear. I tried the tall length with my Hoka shoes that have a 1. 25 thick sole, and it works fine.
